ClearLift Laser in Fishers, IN: Who It’s For and What to Expect

If your skin looks a little dull, rough, or tired, but you don’t want a treatment that sidelines you for a week, ClearLift may be worth a conversation. I offer it on my Alma Harmony XL Pro, and it is one of my go-to options for gentle, steady skin renewal.

What Is ClearLift?

ClearLift is a non-ablative laser treatment, which means it works beneath the surface without removing the top layer of your skin. It uses a Q-switched Nd:YAG laser (1064 nm) to deliver very short pulses of energy into the skin. That energy prompts your skin’s natural repair process, which supports collagen and helps improve texture and tone over time.

Who Is a Good Candidate?

ClearLift tends to be a good fit if you have:

  • Fine lines and early signs of aging
  • Rough or uneven texture
  • Enlarged pores
  • Dull-looking skin
  • Mild uneven pigment, such as sun spots or melasma
  • Early skin laxity

It is not right for everyone. I do not recommend it during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and recent tanning, active skin infections, or certain medications can affect timing. Deeper wrinkles or significant laxity often need a different or additional approach. I will always tell you honestly whether ClearLift is the best choice for your goals.

Why Choose ClearLift?

Many of my patients choose ClearLift because it fits easily into real life. There is little to no downtime, so most people return to their normal activities right away. The treatment is also comfortable, since patients usually describe a warm sensation and numbing is typically not needed. Sessions are quick, which makes them simple to schedule around a busy week, and the laser can be used on areas beyond the face, such as the neck, chest, and hands. Best of all, results build gradually over a series, so the changes look like healthy, refreshed skin and not “work.”

What to Expect

Your visit starts with a consultation, where we talk about your goals, skin history, medications, and sun exposure. I may ask you to pause certain products, such as acid-based skincare and retinoids, for a short time before treatment. On the day of your session, your skin is cleansed and I treat the area with the laser. Most people feel warmth or a mild tingling, and a session typically takes under an hour. Mild warmth or pinkness is common afterward and usually fades quickly, and I will send you home with simple aftercare instructions, including daily sunscreen.

Many clinics recommend a series of about 3 to 6 sessions spaced roughly 4 weeks apart, and I tailor the plan to your skin. Improvement builds gradually with each visit, and maintenance sessions can help keep your results. Results vary, and ClearLift is not a substitute for surgery or deeper resurfacing. It also pairs well with other treatments I offer, such as peels, PRX, Opus Plasma, and injectables, so your plan can be built around you.
